Kesan Pertama Begitu...

Saya benar-benar jatuh hati dengan SNSD baru belakangan ini. Telat ya? Saat itu jemari saya refleks mengganti-ganti channel televisi, dan sampailah di KBS. Kebetulan sedang acara-acara musik, dan sedang ada promosi album baru dari Girls` Generation. Namanya familiar, tapi saya tak terlalu mengikuti. Sempat akan saya ganti, tapi mata saya kadung terpaku dengan sosok yang saya tahu bernama Yoona. Waduh, tambah seger aja. Saya pun memutuskan menunggu sampai selesai. (macem Yoona bakal tau dia ditunggu, haha)

Video klip itu rupanya video klip terbaru mereka, judulnya The Boys. Saya kaget. SNSD sudah berbeda dari apa yang pernah saya lihat sepintas dulu. Perasaan saya, dulu mereka mirip-mirip dengan 7 Icons, atau Cherrybelle sekarang, yang - maaf jika kejam- hanya menjual tampilan aegyo, dengan musik yang hanya bisa dinikmati sesaat saja. Catchy sih, tapi ya sebatas itu saja. Liriknya juga paling isinya ga jauh-jauh dari cinta monyet ala remaja.


Ternyata, pendapat saya perlu direvisi. Ada lagu-lagu mereka yang memang bagus. Dan mereka memang benar-benar bisa menyanyi. Ditambah penampilan yang memang menarik (KFC istilahnya, menurut Satrio, karena ndak jauh-jauh dari dada dan paha. :p), saya pun tak sungkan untuk memasang lagu-lagu mereka di playlist.  


Sederhana saja, tanpa klipnya pun saya bisa lebih jatuh hati. Tapi memang tak lengkap sih kalau sekedar mendengarkan... #alesan
